FiToBe Health and Life Platform is a Start-up in Taiwan striving to bring positive and healthy effect to life by matching wellness experts in the field of diet, sport and life with our customers in Chinese-speaking countries.

In order to address our targeted markets, we developed simple but meaningful business model and user experience, and integrated these concepts in our service platform that we actively offer our best service on.

During our development, we worked tightly with a number of wellness expert and improved our platform prototype within limited time. And, by putting tremendous emphasis on the customer experience, we are able to bring more added value to our brand and to increase our customer loyalty.

LAUNCHING THE STARTUP

Tremendous amount of thoughts and questions occurred to us during our market research and analysis. Building upon the core values we believe in and upon the gap in the market, our initial version was launched according to our plan after a short development period. And, the balance between our value and the cost was taken into serious consideration while we were prioritizing the ideas to put in this platform.

The Strategic Approach

At the beginning of FiToBe’s founding, we established a platform for sharing the knowledge of health and life in order for us to observe the market trend and to grab attention from the public. Moreover, we have also been working with experts in the fields to obtain great amount of user needs while the development team was working on the MVP (most viable prototype), in which our thoughts and gained knowledge are integrated to fulfill the user needs and to reach our targeted market.

At the stage of our early growth, we kept optimizing our platform and, most importantly, we opened our platform to a new customer spectrum. Consequently, the platform expanded to a wider usage and it brought a lot more users to us.

GETTING USER TO LOVE THE SERVICE

FiToBe & ProFiToBeX

Two types of user spectrum were identified to be addressed from our research. As a result, we launched FiToBe and ProFiToBe. The former targets those who desire to clearly understand what an expert does and to purchase their services easily on the internet. ProFiTobeX is, on the other hand, a platform designed for the experts to offer their services. They can create their own pages and build their own brand name so as to open courses and handle them online. Building upon a logical structure, a comprehensive user interface with a simple visual style is born for all type of users to gain an excellent user experience on our platform while fulfilling their needs.

Behind the Interface Design

The visual design approach taken in designing the user interface is based on the principles of user-centered design and user testing to effectively solve issues and to maximally optimize the user experience. In addition, we optimize our platform for it to fit on different devices, so that gestures such as zoom, pan and scroll can be greatly reduced for a maximal readability and usability.

The experts on FiToBe is our service. We offer a convenient tool solving the issues that the experts would face when providing their services to the customers. Additionally, a wide variety of tariffs and services are available to those professionals in order for them to start providing their expertise to people easily on FiToBe platform.
